Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods:-
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced free of charge, provided they have not been fitted in any way and we are informed in writing (via email or by writing to us at 6-7 Diplocks Yard, Ringmer, Lewes East Sussex BN8 5LD) of the fault/damage/error within what the Sale of Goods Act describes as "a reasonable amount of time". It is the customer's responsibility to ensure we have received any damage, fault or error report.
Any manufacturing fault that becomes apparent after the goods have been fitted is covered by the manufacturer warranty (this period varies with manufacturer). We will assist you in following through any warranty issues that may arise.
Your right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel goods that have been received as ordered in good condition. Provided we receive notification to cancel in writing via email or post within 7 days of the receipt of goods to: captain@titanic-sinksNOSPAM.co.uk (Removing the capitalised letters) or by post to us at 6-7 Diplocks Yard, Ringmer, Lewes, East Sussex BN8 5LD. You must ensure that we have received any cancellation request within 7 days (a returns number will be issued) before returning any goods.The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. (Where goods are delivered Free of Delivery charges and these goods are returned as not required, a refund will be made for the returned goods less delivery charges which we pay when sending the goods). Provided the above requirements are met you will be entitled to a refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. You are advised to fully insure any returned goods.
Changing your mind:
If you change your mind about your purchase, the return or exchange of any goods older than 7 days is at the sole discretion of Titanic Sinks Ltd. If we agree to an exchange outside the 7 day "cooling off" period, there is a 20% restocking charge for any returns and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are exchanging goods then the goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging before any exchange goods are shipped. Exchanged goods will be shipped to you and a shipping charge of £20.00 will apply to any exchanged items sent to you. A £20.00 administration fee will apply. Requests for returns and exchanges must be confirmed in writing via post or via email to captain@titanic-sinksNOSPAM.co.uk (Removing the capitalised letters). Goods must be returned to our address, 6-7 Diplocks Yard, Ringmer, Lewes, East Sussex. BN8 5LD. You are advised to insure any returned goods for loss and/or damage for their full value. Items returned damaged will not be refunded. You are advised to return goods recorded delivery as shipping is not proof of receipt. When we sign for receipt of goods it is on the basis of "acceptance - unexamined". Only once the goods have been opened and thoroughly checked and deemed fit for re-sale will any refund be made. Refunds on returned goods will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
